Kobo. i guess you can never win can you?. if they didnt try rural electrification this same guy, like Kondorong at Yoro Bawol would write to critise them for forgetting the rural poor. when they make an effort you get articles like these.

Njucks its not about settling scores or winning; but just to update this topic with relevant information and this one shows a different perception of current government challenges, programmes, priorities and allocation of scarce of resources.
