Good morning all, We have had every opinion of the ruler of gambia, but this is having a knock on effect on the people. As people get fired what happens to the support staff, office workers, security the insecurity on the ground must be intense. Can anyone advise are people starting to feel the pinch. I have sent money to families that i have helped in the past because I think they should start buying rice and storing it. I am not sure if prices will rise. Can anyone advise what happed last time there was a situation like this, when the president took over did the prices in the short term go up, fuel, rice, oil transport. Maybe I am being pessimistic, but I believe times will get harder in the gambia I just prayer it is for a short period.

The situation is always calm, peaceful and normal way of life continues at home. Family, friends and others really need your assisatance as cost of living is very high and inflation vey unbelievable for some basic things. Reference to my latest comments and figures provided on "10,000 march topic" can give an indication. God bless The Gambia. |

Enough of the madness! Gambians should send a clear message to Jammeh and his *****s. They should NOT march this saturday, as a protest to the APRC brutality, corruption, dishonesty, and outright tyranny. Gambians made Yahaya the butcher, and it is only Gambians that can undo the characteristics of his devilish behaviour. Dictators do not make themselves, but people make dictators. The Efry Mbyes, the FJC's, the Ousainou Darboe's, The Hamat Bah's, the SM Dibba's, the griots, the 'Kilipha's' all helped create monster Jammeh. It is time to destroy this ugliness in our beautiful country. Memebrs of the Diaspora, use your leverage and impress upon your families here NOT to march! Protes by lobbying them NOT to March! Peace! |
