the child's father has spoken.perhaps an end to this debate. those most concerned have spoken. the legal system and laws are also mentioned.

We all have to look at what is in the best interest of the little boy.

I don't know what is in his best interest,

All I can say is he will have a better education in the UK than in Malawi but all the same he will miss his culture, roots and people.

But if the father can't give him the upbringing he is expected to get, then I don't know........This whole thing makes me very very sad.The worst crime is poverty I think!

Lets wait and see when the young boy grows up a bit then maybe we can have a clue as the what is in his best interest!

peace

The SOS Orphanage is an excellent example of care, it is run by a large Norwegian charity, Save Our Souls, and based on the former Dr Barnardos' childrens homes in the UK.

A newspaper reported today that Yohane Banda, the father, claims that he didn´t know that Madonna would adopt his son. He trusted the authorities when they said that his son would return. "I can´t read or write." If that is true, it´s quite terrible. Read also this link:

Can’t buy me love – sure and remember the song ”She’s leaving home “?
“We gave her everything money could buy” – buybuy, bye bye bye ......

Madonna has come under the influence of Kabbala and no doubt this very humane action is one of the effects.

http://www.google.se/search?hl=sv&q=Kabbalah&meta=

Now Papa regrets, but didn’t the authorities explain to the most important people in David’s life, exactly what the whole deal was, and how do we explain to anyone that the Millionaire’s generosity does not extend more markedly to the progenitors – the parents and family of the adopted one?

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/entertainment/6075476.stm
of tangential interest:

Islam and Adoption (since the Quran & Islam discuss orphans – Rasulullah himself, salallahu alaihi wa salaam, was one)

http://www.google.se/search?hl=sv&q=Islam+and+adoption&btnG=S%C3%B6k&meta=

and the good news is ( it's good to know)

http://www.google.se/search?hl=sv&q=Madonna+and+Kabbalah&btnG=Google-s%C3%B6kning&meta=

WHAT would Hastings Kamuzu Banda, that great African Moralist have said about the matter?

http://www.google.se/search?hl=sv&q=Hastings+Kamuzu+Banda&meta=

Madonna's heart is amenable. She is a good mother - she's trying you know. The just pray, they wait and see.

The queStion now is, what can he do to regain the desired connection with his son?
Did he also give that way ( African connection) AWAY?

Or must he cry " Give me what is mine"?

Last question: Is there a more permanent connection than "flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone"?

The rhythm is in the blood
but is the culture
in the genetic code?

Who knows, he may one day become the president of Malawi.

I say this knowing that when I came to sweden, the current prime minister of Sweden was only six years old..........

Dual citizenship has been legalised in Sierra Leone.

Next they will be legalising aliens:
all people from Banataba in cyberspace.

Back to base: the state of the law & Madonna

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=Laws+of+adoption+from+Malawi&btnG=Google+Search

more hits, repetetive, the problem does not expand:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=Madonna+Malawi&btnG=Search

But that is just Malawi
