TWO WEEKS AGO, SOME 90,000 MONKEYS HAVE METAMORPHOSED INTO HUMANS AND HAVE ALREADY BEEN REGISTERED TO VOTE IN THE COMING ELECTIONS. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY CANNOT SPEAK OUR LANGUAGES AND DONT SOUND LIKE GAMBIANS NOR DO THEY SEEM TO KNOW THE GAMBIAN FOREST.

HOWEVER THEY HAD NO BIRTH CERTIFICATES OR ID CARDS WHICH THE IMMIGRATION OFFICERS DEMANDED. THEN AGAIN, THERE ARE NO IDS IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM. MAY BE WE NEEDED TO CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION TO ACCOMODATE THESE NEW FOUND CITIZENS.

OVERTIME THE UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL HOPES TO STUDY THEIR DNA TO ASSIMILATE THEM INTO PROPER CITIZENS.

FROM YORO BAWOL, WE HAVE NOT SEEN THEM YET BUT WE ARE ALSO BRACING FOR SOME MORE TO OUR VILLAGE. THE ALKALO HAS INSTRUCTED US TO BULID 200 MORE HOMES FOR OUR COUSINS WHO ARE ALMOST IN THE ADVANACED STAGE OF EVOLUTION TO BECOMING HUMANS.

Kons :

I am intrigued by your topic " Darwin was Right".
It just happened that i wrote a poem of about "the same title" but with a different theme. I will send it to you here , although it's contrversial and may be out of context and scope of this forum.
Here it is :

DARWIN'S RIGHT :
Of course Darwin 's right
What intelligent designer
Would design a defective universe
Life and intelligence
Isn't the design for
A universe that largely existed
For a non-living matter
Of course Darwin 's right
Optimism in randomness is our hope
Against the despair
Of a rigid deterministic design
What after-birth shall cast the baby away ?
What missing facts shall cast the science away ?
Of course all the books are right
In a different way
Wasn't Mendel ,Copernicus , and Galileo right ?
What about Einstein's Spinoza
And Pope's god who in the beginning said
Let there be Newton
Creationism is found nowhere
From the lowest layers of rocks
To the highest ground of our DNA
Life is one slow journey
Away from imperfection
Of course Darwin 's right
If Dolly turns out defective
We 'll pick up from there
And who thinks
Stem cell will kill babies ?
And man shall be defamed
By walking on an apian frame ?
Finally all shall caught up with
The perpetual scrutiny of
The scientific eye
That defies the conventional
And makes the infinite worlds of probables
And if the moral-man appear crooked
On an ancient frame
That's alright.

your poem is very relevant here. After all the perfection we all yearn for is an illusion and so is our electoral process.

JANYAFARA AND SISTER OMEGA :

THIS IS A POLITICAL FORUM AND I SINCERELY DO NOT WANNA HIJACK IT WITH DISCUSSIONS AND ARGUMENTS ABOUT SCIENCE. HOWEVER:

JANYAFARA , WHY DO YOU DOUBT THAT DARWIN IS RIGHT , ANY REASONS ?

SISTER OMEGA , PERSONALLY I THINK THAT DARWINIAN THEORIES OF EVOLUTION RUNS THROUGH THE CENTER OF MODERN BIOLOGY , AND WITHOUT IT "THINGS" WILL "FALL APART", IF I MAY ALLUDE TO ACHEBE.DARWIN'S IDEAS DO NOT NECESSARILY CONTRADICT CREATIONISM AS OTHERS WILL LIKE TO BELIEVE.ALL LIVING THINGS (INCLUDING HUMANS) ARE CONNECTED BY DNA AND HAVE A SINGLE NON-LIVING ORIGIN.
SEND ME YOUR FEEDBACKS, PLEASE.

I MEAN LIFE EVOLVED IN A SUCCESSION THAT ORIGINATES FROM NON-LIVING MATTER . YOU MIGHT CALL IT DARWIN'S ORGANIC SCALE.

i will not ask you what you mean again. so i take it you're implying that this non-living matter is related to creation?

Whether organic scale (for scientist limitations) the starting point denotes existence of MASTER OF THE UNVIVERSE (whose unique attributes are beyond imagination and who existed when nothing exist). THATS ALLAH

kobo,

ofcourse you are a muslim so your think you religion is the right one. this is normal. you belief in One God and Islam so as a true believer you cannot think beyond this. understandable and very normal.

lets assume their is a Christian Kobo?
lets assume their is a Hindu Kobo?
lets assume their is a Buddist Kobo?
etc

all of you have your own beliefs and what creation is about, some belief in many Gods and some belief in life as a cycle so there is no creation at all. who is right. if you were born in Japan you will innocently not have been a muslim? is that your fault?

the common factor is you are all human and vulnerable to the weakness of humans , guided by morality to shape you actions.

this is not science its called religion.
