Thanks Sab.
"She remains deeply mindful of how she is perceived in the country and has refused to answer interviewers who ask if she is still a practising Muslim. "Religion for me is very personal and I don't really like talking about it," she said last week."

Good, maybe she has been "misquoted "in the media in the past, however,it would seem that her current thinking is in line with my thoughts.

Toubab

I somewhat think you missed my point - So what did instigate Jemima to write the article re George Galloway & his personal rights to his religion when only a year ago she spoke about herself as "Religion for me is very personal and I don't really like talking about it,"

Is it not personal to Mr Galloway also?

Ah......... I see what you mean, just two answers in that case, politics and the fact that Jemima is also a woman, and they can be fickle quite often.Never mind all that, I agree with her when she said, whenever, ""Religion for me is very personal and I don't really like talking about it,"

sab, unless I have missed something I don't think that the suffragettes were a party,OK they enjoined with politics and won as a body of women who wanted the vote in order to take part in the government of the country, politicians were forced to change, doubtless after the shock of having to do that, I bet they thought, hang on, we have got a load more voters here who can vote for me,if I say the right things, not so bad after all.

In Uk there is doubt over Galloways success because his Muslim followers have been intimidating other candidates as they try to canvas around the ward.

George Galloway is Scottish. He is in Bradford, using Muslims for his own gains.

The matter of intimidation is being investigated by police.

The areas he has won in are nearly 100% Pakistani Muslim. It is an anti England vote.

Scottish and Pakistani make strange bedfellows!

Gambiabev,I am really shocked at that you reveal in your posting, please keep bantaba in Cyberspace updated as many visitors here would like to know, I very much doubt if your revelations will form the basis of a new discussion as many visitors do not wish to put their thoughts and points of view in print.

These comments are provocative, inconsiderate, an aggression upon one's rights, reflects arrogance, bigotry, bullying tactic, a hostile act to agitate dreadful hostilities; not Enlish value or expected from a proper British (including Scotish, so-called Pakistani (British) muslims and good christians amongst other diversities and multi-culture british communities)

DEGREE OF LINE OF THOUGHTS, HATRED AND STEREOTYPE MENTALITY IS SAME AS HARBOURED BY RACIST PSYCHOPATS NAMELY ANDERS BEHRING BREIVIK AMONGST OTHER EXTREMIST

Kobo, there are many multi cultural areas of Britain where people live happily along side each other. There are, however, pockets of some cities where the Pakistani Muslim community lives ALONGSIDE the local community rather than integrating.

Are you seriously comparing me to Breivik? That would be seriously insulting if it wasn't so ridiculous.
