ABDOULIE KUJABI STILL HOSPITALISED

The family members of the detained former NIA chief, Abdoulie Kujabi, have informed this reporter that he is still in hospital. According to our sources, Mr. Kujabi is now moved from the public ward to a private ward.
The informant further indicated that following his arrest in March 2006, Mr. Kujabi suffered serious bodily harm, which led to his admission into ward in the RVTH. The family members also opined that even though Mr. Kujabi is yet to be charged, he was arrested at a time when the alleged March 21 coup plotters were also arrested. “During the early days of his admission, it was difficult to see even one’s enemy in that condition,” a source said tearfully. The source revealed that the former NIA chief is not recovering speedily.
