I wanted to find out if any body on this forum may have information or know someone who may have some information regarding automobile insurance liability claims in Gambia?
Recently a nephew of a close friend was struck and immediately killed by a private driver who was alleged to have been driving drunk.
The youngman a 22 year old fresh college graduate, the bread winner of a single mom who is paralyze from long illness was the one strucked by this speeding car when he was waiting for a bus to Banjul on New Year's Eve.
If you know anybody or any law firm that may be specialized in this please pass on the information. Just trying to help this family through this tragic tragic accident.
