Does anyone know this year approximate rates for ram?

diaspora! Too many Chiefs and Very Few Indians.
Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices. |

| KOBO,Thanks for these links, its good to know that the press are active in persuing local problems and interests of the average Gambian.Food is of paramount importance to everyone and inflation in commodity prices is a world wide problem,it is important that shortages and high prices are not seen by some traders to make vast profits, which could lead to Gambians having to experience un- necessary hard time, brought about by greed of others. |

What about "YASSA KOBO AK KOBO BULAKA"? AREN'T THEY SPICY
On Tobaski ram, I reckoned reasonable prices may range between D3,000 to D5,000 under present economic situation.
There could be special prices also between D5,000 to D20,000
Someone should help state current actual prices? |

Foroyaa online National News : Livestock Dealers Express Concern under http://www.foroyaa.gm/modules/news/article.php?storyid=5628
"He added that if people want to buy sheep form Senegal they would spend 200,000 CFA; adding that is equivalent to 5000 or 6000 dalasi, pointing out that the appreciation of the CFA over the dalasi is impacting on the cost of sheep.
Mr. Kat said they are selling rams for D 3000, D 4000 and D 5000 respectively." Foroyaa |

Kobo less than eight months ago I bought a Sheep same size as Kibabul Arrer , Big long horns and big nostrils, You know the type a true Deeh-bal always sniffing for a female for less than 2,000 the price hike cannot be blamed on an institution but the very dealers. I can assure you that they are all a bunch of opportunist knowing that the simple law of demand could warrant price hikes since everyone is in need. if Jammeh interferes all hell will break loose since thats the Gambian style of resistance..............................................Peace quote: Originally posted by kobo
