Would this man fail to turn up for his hearing ? I very much doubt it,all that he believes in would be lost, the 2 "charges" of "control of procession and control of loud speaker" without written permission would appear to be an offence where the defendant could be allowed bail, but I suppose as the defendant was not represented he could not be expected to know that maybe he could have made a bail application himself.

Moe the links were not editorial put articles from individuals. I think you got my point: It is not fair to deny people the right to assembly. You cannot deny this fact; please give me a good reason for doing so.
I spent too much time in the woods and I will be the first to acknowledge the fact that I am a novice in Gambian politics but it is very easy to differentiate between good and bad; fair and foul.

I know that you are a novince and that's my only reason in trying to enlighten you about Gambian politics T. Don't be carried away by the rhetoric from the Kunfu-boys ,The Pullo Futa Klan at Gainako, what Kind of "Jabereh" did dalton give ya? I hope you did not drink the "BIRADANG" also.
Lets try this one more time, the good and bad ,foul and fair you so happen to see is just a figment of your imagination bro. That is after incompetent politicians helped fuel your thought process, believe me bro it's kinda skewed.
What Darboe wants is full access to GRTS so that he can spread his hate mongering as in the case of his last speech at Serrekunda ,either you have to be as backward as "Mutey" but the whole agenda of that meeting was meant to distract and misinform the general public . Hey man you heard what he had to say about the reasons behind illegal migration etc. If that's the kind of politics we are left with then yes sir ya'll some back individuals. Hey men if Darboe as a lawyer applies for a permit well the UDP and are denied one or treated unfairly I think Darboe should know which avenues to to take to get the situation resolved ,Character assasination as in the case of the director of GRTS and the IGP is totally unprofessional and unacceptable my friends .
If APRC is getting full coverage of their campaigns just remember one thing it's the president and i don't know how to put this across to you but it's supposed to be covered not to the extent it is now though. Thats a mistake the APRC regime is making but the State TV SHOULD be no one's propaganda machine. The president is involved in activities in every aspect of Gambian lives of course the coverage quite possibly is wider for him. Tell Darboe to go cry you a river if he hates it that much and is yearning for airtime ,well for starters paying for it is a start . He is not president yet my friends . Unless ya'll got this "miscumbabulated" he is the opposition
Watch out for the next coalition of confused human rights lawyer ,brothers in Arms, either ya'll just kidding me but hey men am not making this up ,just open your satellite dishes and those of ya'll with small ears get a hearing aid .The next coalition is in the making and it wont be long before reality sets in.I told ya'll the vultures have changed trust me it's the New "Kamasa" Yerro Mamma is no longer singing ,The mad man at the GEICKO ,kakatarr online blog is kinda quite.Yeah i said it a plan is in the making ......................................................Peace
