I hope that the drainage work will be well developed and "gutters be filled in and replaced with pipes that have a proper "fall" on them,by that I mean have a very slight slope so as to create a stream effect causing the water to run away instead of remaining stagnant lying where it is,will that happen ? I wonder, OK things were worse in the past why do you think that there is a district in Banjul called Half-die ?
