Admin, i think the question needs to be more explicit. If i may ask, is it abt employees in central gov't or across all sectors? Those in the employ of the gov't could feel insecure but certainly not those in the private sector

Madiba, The question is about all employees in general; whether they are properly protected by labor laws.
