There is concern over the unhygienic preparation of "Taps". Are you kidding me? Isn't that why its called Tapalapa? All the sweat, tears, nasal discharges and fecal matter go into the bread to create that unique taste that everyone loves Isn't that what Tapalapa means

Kay,It is obvious to everyone that bread should be fit to eat,what interests me more is that there appears recently to be a greater awareness of environmental and health issues in The Gambia,although very laudable, I wonder if such apparantly new fields to Gambia originate from Gambians or someone else is funding "sensitation programmes" about these issues.

"Simple is good" & I strongly dislike politics. You cannot defend the indefensible.
