If CNN analysis is to go by, all indications are that the Obama-Biden ticket is far ahead in national polls with a margin error of at least 5 with 30 days remaining before the presidential elections. Equally, on the electoral map-scale, it showed Obama with at least 250 electoral votes while McCain is at 189, with the remaining 91 votes available for grab. The VP debate crowned Biden the winner, 51% to 36% for Palin. In places like Michigan, the McCain campaign has already conceded while he continues to trail Obama in many other crucial states like Penslyvania, Florida, Ohio and et cetera...
As of yesterday October 3rd 2008, the McCain-Palin (Republican) Machinery has started its smear tactics, i.e. linking Barack with "domestic terrorism." Bill Ayers, long time anti-war activist lives in the same neighborhood with Obama. Chicago also happens to be the place of residence for Hon. Louis Farakhan (N.O.I) and Minister Jeremiah Wright (Obama's former pastor). Obama in response charged the McCain team of diverting voters from the real issues, i.e instead of talking about the drowning economy, they have taken to "smear" tactics.
With the spade observed so far, it is further noted that the campaign will get very dirty over the next weeks ahead. Obama's patrilineal linkage to "Islam" will likely come in, because his father was a muslim of Kenyan Origin. This is a tactic that the Rebublicans might use as a game changer, since the economic crisis under a sitting republican president is in favor of the domrocatic nominee. Already, both McCain and Palin has vowed that the "gloves" are off the hands which goes all the way to suggest that they will do everything to trample on Obama.
On the McCain team, recent interviews with Palin didn't go well with the voters, especially a comment she made about foreign policy experience, noting Russia as a neighboring country to Alaska.
If the McCain-Palin latest 'smear' fails to accomplish its goal, it is almost a safe conclusion that come November 4th 2008, America will crown Barack Obama as the first black President. This will go a long way to step foot on alleged racism (hatred) towards the minority black populace that suffered in the hands of many arabs and whites (notably the era of slavely.) It also goes a long way to crown America as one of the most diverse cultures.

Meanwhile the only Muslim congressman, Keith Ellison of Minnesota is also busy securing the muslim votes for Obama. In a recent gathering in Detroit earlier on in September, and Minnesota respectively on the feast of fasting, he reminded thousands of worshippers that this is an election year and that Muslims should exercise their rights to vote.
