Maybe the case will proceed this time

The case of Karl Hein Kloss, a German, will proceed on May 20th after a long hiatus.

Mr. Kloss, a German, was sued for the recovery of £10,815 but had denied any liability.

Lamin Mboge Sowe is claiming £10,350, £380 and £85 from Kloss. The monies were allegedly given to him for air tickets and student visa.
