Moe Ngunja do you know the penalty for stealing other peoples writings ? I bet that you cannot pen your own poetry so end up committing theft you are the felon , three blind mice was written by some one else certainly not you so using those lines without permission or showing that you used some one else's writing is an offense. Try your own or give credit to the person whose lines you borrow that is what gentlemen do but you definitely are not a gentleman but a rogue.

I think the exchange is not helping us readers any further. I have seen lines that are devisive and degrading. For example the use of the phrase " Mandinka Boy" is really uncalled for.

I hope both of you will exercise restraint in discussing maturely without resorting to widening the scope.

I am cool Kondorong except that this guy feels he has monopoly of foul language. This has been his go at me for while in the first instance i refrained from retaliating but I just saw that he has got to stop. Besides I am not Mandinka though I am proud of that tag because Mandeng people are great; so no demeaning adjective as far as I am concerned.

How one can drink attaya in the heat beats me bro Kondorong , I do not drink attaya thanks for the offer any way . I remember the song of the kids On attaya'Amet bundow bugunu attaya sobugeh attaya.......' or 'Attaya sukar moneh! bilayimoneh'I also remember a certain guy in Basse who gets mad literally ,when ever the name of your Yorobawol is mentioned I understand it is because he was given a thrashing throw at a wrestling contest there and it was so embarrassing . It became taboo for him to hear any one call Yorobawol as he would grab the one calling that name and threaten to throw you down just as he was by his opponent. An offer of a few bob though makes him release you . I think some call him yorobawol mbiro.

Its simple scinece. If you drink hot liquids you perspire and that cools your body down. Terefore to get cold water in the desert, nomads have used similar trick by wrapping a wet cloth around countaineres and with the wind blowing, serves to cool the water. Thats partly why tea is a delicay

Kondorong, PLEASE....................these fools should be proud of being Mandinka, Jola or whatever they may be, I have cousins and nephews that are Mandinka so chill out. Irrespective of that, What kind of gold or diamonds does one get from being a certain tribe, I am a Gambian and i hope all of ya'll are too. Throw away the tribal towels thats exactly what's costing us everything. ....................Peace

This thread is now pointless. The moderators should close it.
