It is something I would like to ask about farming and gardening, why is that also regarded as domestic work? Iīve seen women getting up very early in the morning, preparing breakfast for the family and taking children with her and then walking to faraway garden and work there all day long. That is very hard work in Gambia and should be perfect for men but it seems like itīs a shame for men to do that, why? And where do gambian men learn how to cook the sweetest food on the earth if they never do that in Gambia

In the Gambia , women traditionally stay at home and care for the family (domestic work) while men are the bread winners. It used to be like that in the Western world also until the industrial revolution.
But you know sociologists have found something about men who help with domestic chores and men who do not. These studies are largely based on Western societies , but may be applicable in third world countries too.
When I return I will try to discuss this subject in datail , hoping to shed more light on this gender problem in the Gambia.

If women are the talkers, where can we see the results of mens actions?

Men do farming as well....
I think the women have more sense of responsibity compared to men. Women have an instinct of protecting their young ones, we even see that in the animal kingdom. They will do anything to protect their kids and this case if that means working in the garden the whle day to put food on the table so your kids would not go to bed hungry then thats what these women will do...
Donīt get me wrong, Iīm not sayng men donīt protect their kids.

Actually , both men and women work outside the home . In the Gambia women generally grow rice for home consumption while men grow the cash crops (and most often put the money in their pocket) , which kind of gives them extra power and control in the home.Do you see some smartness here ?
So , domestic chores such as cooking , cleaing dishes , laundry , baby sitting and so on are referred to by some sociologists as the "second shift" because it is a job that is in addition to another job outside the home either on a farm , factory or an office.
There are some men who share or help in the "second shift" and others who do not. This observable even in the Gambia. Interestingly , men who share in the "second shift" tends to have very similar characteristics distinct from men who do not share.
Okay , ladies I don't wanna give too much information here , but...

That's so true the whole world round, Toubab1020. It effects your self-esteem, your mental/physical health and wellbeing, and of course those around you. It's a tough old world, eh?
