Thanks. I usually eat well - or at least I try to. But then i get hijacked by ice cream and crisps and chocolate and all those things that help you feel better when you're working too hard!!!

I confess, Santa: My bad eating habit is sausages. We have a big variety of tasty sausages in Germany. Other Germans call me a barbarian, but I even love the British sausages...

Oh no, I am not a vegetarian, I am a real carnivore , but sometimes, when I see how meat is produced in the industrial countries, I wish I could be a vegetarian. I don't like pork meat too much (and my husband never eats pork) therefore I buy my favourite (chicken) sausages, at a turkish shop. They are HALAL!

I am semi veggie. I eat fish because it is good for you and only has a tiny brain! But I cant eat intelligent animals, especially when they are reared in awful conditions. If you are going to eat meat in the West, I would suggest eating it less often, but choosing the organic option. Quality over quantity. Also only buy organic eggs.PLEASE!

Right, quality over quantity, and if we eat meat, we should try to buy organic. I do it as often as I can (not always), but I always eat organic eggs. BTW organic meat and eggs taste MUCH better!

Saltwater fish is my favourite, but regarding the overfishing of the oceans and the problems the industrial fishing of the EU countries brings to West Africa I think we should also reduce our fish consumption.
