Anyone knows a good and reputable construction company that builds at a rate below D9,500 per meter square. I'm getting into a major construction project (a shopping center) and I checked with major builders such as Construct Ltd, Afroco,Value Engineering etc, their estimates range from D9,500 to D12,000 per meter square. My building is about 440 meter square per floor/storey(45m length by 10m wide) and 3 storeys up. With estimates the above companies gave me, it would cost me nothing less than 12 million dalasis. I'm looking for something little more reasonable than that and comes with good quality as well, may be about half of that. Please inform!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try Modou Sey, location not far from the Bakoteh Bridge and fuel stations. Very good engineer and fine-finish builder. More than 25 years experience. Enter his home and discover what he does right at the gate. |

| Thanks you all for the infor and, Kololiboy, I'm currently waiting on Kara to give me an estimate. I spoke to him couple of days ago and I did emailed him my sketch plans/specifications, thanks again for that lead. |
