STREET BEGGARS IN COURT

A group of eight street beggars on Tuesday, appeared at a court at the Kanifing Municipal Council premises. The accused persons whose offence has not been made public yet, were recently arrested along the streets by the police. The matter before Magistrate Mustapha B. Camara, could not proceed in court, as the prosecutor in the case was reported absent and the case was adjourned to March 27th 2007.
