Thank you Kobo, I am badly in need of Gambians who realize that this is a very viable topic and we are living in a historic time. Today, there is a void in Gambian politics that can be filled by an alliance in the Diaspora.
Like you I am more than willing to invest my time, energy and all available resources. I will be waiting for your propsals and opinions.
We have the talent, and together we can accumulate the needed resources to institute a better democratic system. If you think we can do better then let us act now.
Nyarikangbanna thank you for your question: I am willing to support any alliance that has the potential to bring change in The Gambia.

Therefore, we will all vote you in. I will be your FJC. (laugh!!) Make sure you appoint me the shepherd of the herd.

This is at a time when FJC will peep in every forum, seconds after seconds. I wish i could graph her footsteps------

Thank you for lines.

No. Who was Moses?

On a more serious note, there have been many powerful Fulani rulers in our region. How about Musa Molloh who ruled over the vast lands of Fulladu. How about the kingdom of MASSINA, FUTA DJALLON, KANG ALFA etc.

How about our own Asssan Musa Camara. (Jawara Jippo, Buba Baldeh, Omar Sey, Paul Baldeh, Hamat Bah and more importantly yourself dalton.

I know Fulas are very cautious people who dont easily fall for something. Always on the sidelines but this time your country needs you. ( As a sarahule man, i have traditional priviledges to make fun of the Fulani)

Nyarikangbanna thank you for your question: I am willing to support any alliance that has the potential to bring change in The Gambia.

Given that Party led alliance is the only form of coalition subsisting in law, will you then agree with me that an alliance reminiscent of the UDP/NRP/GPDP Alliance is the only way forward and that efforts should now be made to group all opposition forces in that sort of grouping?

Thanks

I do not oppose unity but I oppose dumb union.

Mawdo kons.,

To be honest with you, i have no political ambition. I like being just a gainako. I am scared of power intoxication and drunkeness, in which the hereafter is bad.

The story about prophet Musa in the Quran-just a local narration. You know it is believed that the fulas originated then. I cannot remember exactly how the story went-but they had the choice to lead, and chose to be with the cows. It looks like, as per observation, they are better being followers-I think it is contained in suratul baqara-not sure!

What is the ending for OJ, Buba Baldeh, Assan Musa etc... not to the top of the ladder though. But yes, exceptions.

On the other hand, how about SB Sabally?

May Allah not make me a political leader until i die.

But honestly we need people like you, versed and loaded with Nkrumah's spirit, to change our Gambia to Lincoln's democracy-of, by and for the people.

stay blessed!! Just , let me handle your poems and the herds.

By the way, i like your new avatar kons. It remind me of one time active contributor, Adama (Somita). i miss his postings. I hope all is well with him. He carried that avatar for long, and it remains his true symbol in this forum. I hope he will rejoin to this thread.
