ATTAYA BUNOYE WARAKA SAHILE. guys and sisters in diaspora please do not abandon attaya. i have reconnected with attaya of late and i tell you it take away some stress. i am not giving any medical adive but on a socialialising basis it is good pass-time. i was also told that green tea is the best so drink attaya at least two times a week.
this is to every body. those living in england you can get attaya in most corner shops. i bought a big barada and five small glasses so i am up for it.they say even oga jammeh engage in drinking it ,so why not us.
Dalton stay way from milk for the time being and taste attaya. you will be surprise. i know kondo and nyarikanabana drinks it daily.
up up attaya.

Attaya is OK in reasonable quantities,BUT if you drink TOO many glasses every day without food this can give you burning pain in your bone joints

Gambian diets have very few sweeties unlike in the west. We dont consume much sweets or candies or others like cake or chocolates as in the west. So ATTAYA for a day is no harm.

Personally i still enjoy a tumblar every day right under te mango tree in Yoro Bawol watching the nurses go by. I like those nurses sacrificing in this remote area serving their people. We heard you loud and clear and your sweat will not go in vain.

Bro Kons,

i heard u on the warga aka attaya. i enjoyed it then, and no time now. i stopped drinking it during high school when people wanted me to cook it for them time, consuming a lot of my time. I know warga is very healthy. i drink green-tea tea bags, which give almost the same taste, and effect.

I am sure uncle Santangfara will enjoy poem # 3 in the links below. yaa all have a nice week.

No You should drink it. Did you rememeber BANGE LAL(refusing to sleep) occassions on Saturday night drinking ATTAYA?

Why sleep when we have a new AIDS cure in the gambia and the first batch is receiving treatment right now as we speak. CHEI ADUNA.

KEBBA FALAKUMA SI SIMAYA DUWA, NIMANG FENG SOTO FANANG, BARI, IKA KU JAMA SATA NOLEH.( an unlucky elder should pray for longevity, because even if you turn out poor in the end, you atleast become a custodian of history.) Histroy is in the making in the Gambia.

Yoro Bawol needs Paracetamol(tylenol) please.

Kondorong - I hear you (often) asking for paracetemol for Yoro Bawol.

Is this a real request?

Is there a way to help?
