i am concerned with the use of painkillers like paracetamol in the gambia . it might seem a minor problem to address here but i regard it as an opportunity to bring my message across. i do not mean to discourage people in pain to stop taking such pain relief but be aware of the side effects of such drugs as here in europe widely known the contious use of it even as prescribed by a physician can even over a remarkably short term seriously damage our liver which in some cases can even lead to death my advise is to review the effect of such drugs and evaluate please share this information with fellow gambians as i am sure it will help promote longer life expectance
