I remember my mother telling me on my first day of school if I didn't understand something then I should ask questions. What is simple for some seems to be difficult for others. If I transfer this simple bit of advice to the situation Gambia finds itself in it maybe of some use to those in power who are receptive to know that there are times one has to set their pride aside and ask for help, advice, or support.
Therefore what I think its important that Jammeh invites in experts in key fields to train his human resources to a standard where they can deliver services more efficiently and effectively. This areas range right across the board from education, health, physical infrastructure including water, sanitation, electricity, telecommunication, administration procedures etc.
I am sure other bantabaa contributors can think of other areas where Gambia needs assistance to upgrade its Human Resources. Education is a life-long process which doesn't end at year 9 but continues until the day we exhale for the last time.
Peace
