REPORTER’S CASE SUFFER ANOTHER SETBACK

The criminal case involving Lamin Fatty and the state is deferred by the Kanifing Magistrate Court. Lamin Fatty of the Independent Newspaper is charged with false publication by the state.
The case was not called on Wednesday despite the fact that Lamin Fatty was in court.
Fatty was arrested and detained at the NIA headquarters in Banjul shortly after the foiled coup plot.
