Am not a politician Kons. Just wanted to raised the bar in our debates and re-orientate ourselves. It was a give and take exercise and I really enjoyed it. The big wigs should be considered history and some parties should be defunct as they shall never win any elections??? Gambians are becoming politically mature and I believe a new breed will eventually emerged from our calibre of intellectuals within the diaspora or a dynamic person may emerged at home! All current opposition parties have a gloomy future under the horizion of APRC.

Why don't you initiate establishing a new party and set the ball rolling for contributions and support. You have a large following and certain respect as a man of potentials and good character in this forum.

Don't challenge APRC or institute something like ARC. Just be a REFORMIST with good clear visions, get your manifesto right, sell good programmes, be a democrat, no tribalism, strategise how to penetrate the grassroots and be the servant of the people.

Wishing you well. Its a challenge Kons!

Its had to politick in Gambia. EDUCTATION and POLITICS IS CREATE YOUR OWN ENEMIES. THE STATE AGENTS probe and CRIMINALISED YOU FOR YOUR DOWNFALL. Selling a GOOD PRODUCT AND A PACKAGE IS ALSO A CONSTRAINT under APRC.

I like the product name "ALLIANCE FOR PATRIOTISM RE-ORIENTAION AND CONSTRUCTION". Its very viable and has all the ingredients and visions for DEVELOPMENT. They got it on THINK THANK in the heydays of the APRC. They are an AGGRESSIVE PARTY and ANY RIVALRY is not condone by THEM??? Therefore what next ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS are available? TRY as a REFORMIST to penetrate the political arena with a well considered VIABLE PARTY NAME. I may suggest LIBERAL DEMOCRAT or SOCIAL DEMOCRAT IDEOLOGY but not something to do with PATRIOTISM, LIBERATION, REGIME CHANGE, OR ANY aggressive connotation against APRC.

Think about it!
