Our personnel indicated the turnout was abyssmal in most polling stations due to torrential rains. Polling had to be extended to 18:30 GMT from the initial 16:00 closing time. There is general calm and tranquility as most people are tucked indoors and probably glued to their TVs and Radios awaiting results.
Indications are that the results are going to be very close between the three contenders accoridng to our contact's informal poll of general public opinion.
