| www.progressiveafricans.com have the results with the percentage distribution. The results are quite disappointing. I believe Jammeh would do better than any candidate in the previous presidential elections. The opposition better hope for massive opposition votes to mitigate the humiliating defeat. |

Gambians have spoken and who are we to say no?I have always said that the opposition's failure to come together as one would fight back against them when they meet the electorates for Gambians are no fools. |
