Arrest Warrant for Ben jammeh.
http://thepoint.gm/africa/gambia/article/arrest-warrant-against-benedict-jammeh
Folks,
In as mindful as we maybe and to borrow from our learned scholar's (LJD) wording, sympathy in a lawless Gambia, the house is certainly tearing apart. Jesus Badjie is still languishing in jail while his blood brother continues to dine with Jammeh. The same thing applies to Ben and while he is on the run for his life , his elder brother Pa Harry will continue to serve. I am careful in believing anything that comes from this regime. They have proved to be pathological liars. If people cannot be honest with even the small things, they will not be honest with the bigger things. How true is such a relationship? No matter how you think about this, you will certainly get to the same conclusion that there is something missing in this relationship. Some of things happening can only happen in the Gambia.
Another one of them escaped the lion's mouth....who is next? Knowing this much, there are still some of these folks falling for the bait. The foamy mouths and poisonous creeping panthers like Njogu Bah aka Co-president is really shameful and pathetic. Chem lakat! The house will soon come down on all of you....
Yero.

1. THE POINT NEWS' 2. DAILY OBSERVER NEWS' 3. BENEDICT JAMMEH RUNS FOR HIS LIFE
"The former embattled Director General of the National Drug Enforcement Agency (NDEA) has joined hundreds of exiled Gambians in the Senegalese capital Dakar.
Benedict Jammeh and his co-accused persons – Abdoulie Ceesay, former public relation officer of the agency, Foday Barry, former agency director of intelligence and investigation, and Yusupha Jatta, the agency former director of administration – face 90 counts. These counts include economic crime, abuse of office, giving false information, false publication, false broadcasting, theft, fabricating evidence and negligence, among others.
Benedict Jammeh, an uncle to Gambian President Yahya Jammeh, called relatives informing them of his safe landing in Dakar. Mr. Jammeh reportedly told left the Gambia for security reasons. “I can confirm that Ben is currently in Dakar right now,” said a family source. “He left the country out fear for his life. Ben is convinced that his life is at stake.”
The news of Benedict Jammeh’s escape came two days after a High Court Judge in Banjul issued a bench warrant against him for his failure to appear in court. The court ordered police to arrest the former NDEA boss anytime he is sighted in public.
Justice Abdullahi ordered Benedict’s sureties if he fails to appear in court in the next sitting on May 20, 2013.
The ordered was issued after the prosecution made an application to that effect. The prosecution blamed Mr. Jammeh for his failure to furnish the court with reasons for his absence in court. His counsel Badou Conteh had applied for an adjournment of the case to allow him time to establish his client’s whereabouts.
President Jammeh’s mother is ceremoniously married Aja Asombi Bojang to Benedict Jammeh.

1. FOROYAA BURNING ISSUES NEWS;
2. WHERE IS BENEDICT JAMMEH? WHERE IS YOUSSEF EZZEDINE?
"The first confusion that has puzzled Foroyaa is for court cases to proceed without the appearance of the appellant in the case of Youssef Ezzedine. His disappearance from the courts has been a subject of much speculation and rumour. The truth however is yet to be known. The question still arises: Where is Youssef Ezzadine? Now there is a bench warrant for Benedict Jammeh. Many people are asking where he is.
This is why consistency in observing the rule of law promotes transparency and accountability and negates speculation. The general mood about Benedict Jammeh is a wait and see spirit until the family clarifies the issue. Foroyaa will speak to the family members to find out what their impressions are on whether he has disappeared out of his own volition or because of uncertain circumstances.
We have been trying to find out what happened to Youssef Ezzadine without success. What is however evident is that no one has approached the papers to complain about the disappearance. So far, we have not received any complaint from family members regarding the disappearance of Benedict Jammeh. If the reader fails to see the continuation of our inquiry into the whereabouts of Benedict Jammeh, note that it would be due to the lack of any concern expressed by a family member."
