there was a closing ceremony of sorts, they gave final speeches and then went outside for a group photograph and planting of trees. It was declared closed but it was not the full finale that you would expect. as for gaddafi, storming out, he was great entertainment, he brought his own television station!!. He did not miss a photo opportunity.
