Thanks every one,
Well Newfy,Come here and you will have "manna and salwa".
God cares all ways.
Its only that am not that good a servant but MY GOD is a mighty and caring MASTER who always comes to my aid when ever I cry to HIM.

twinkly,
I strongly belief and have realised that here is more to bantaba than just meet the eye.It has become a Gambia to me (HOME AWAY FROM HOME).A source of hope for the future for my dear motherland.
Since joining Bantaba,it has shaped my life for the better and my attitude towards my fellow human beings becomes very tolerant and that makes me a real new born me.Now I can say I am amongst the happiest men on earth.
Everybody is entitled to his/her opinion and I never asked my dear sister gambiabev why she choose not to marry again because that was her choise. So I was really surprised why she wants to judge me by their standard(European) after visiting Africa and seing how we live. We live in group families and group families we really are and will be for a very very very long time.
peace

I'm sure Janfaryara you are doing your best. I'm sure Gambiabev is doing her best too, the best we know how. Fortunately, on my good days, I philosophize and I see that I/we can always make things better, theres that opportunity each day. The Japanese call it "kai zen" roughly meaning Constantly Improving, every 24 hours each day. Thats why we need to support each other toward that goal. Thats why I like the Bantaba, though Im a newcomer, I sense the feeling of family and for the most part, everyone's good spirits to continue on.. For life to be good, I try to appreciate what I have and feel compassion and love in my heart, for others and myself being here in this time. We are all here I believe to help each other and in the end, its all that we need.

I've never heard that Japanese phrase before, but I suppose that is what I am trying to do with my life. Just in small ways every day.

I'm not that lucky as you. The only thing what's coming from heaven here is rain. I have no God almighty sending me food and therefor I have to go to work everyday. But I'm lucky in the way that I can read this Bantaba at the office. LOL

In materialism world artificially created by us through our INGENUITY and DESIGNS including the economy, money, the market, materials and economic systems; GOD is not seen to exist or has a role or PROVIDER but rather based on to be priviledged to be educated, and having know-how, knowledge and skills to survive a manipulative system with your own efforts. Apart from rain there are abundance of FOOD in the sea (e,g fish), the land (e,g fruits, crops and trees) and sky (e.g CO2 and the atmosphere); including your INGENUITY (Brain, Wisdom and Intelligence) and Health (well-being). You tend to forget them, therefore Jede "You can run but you can't hide"

Having money, power, authority, class and certain priviledges are just meaningful in market and social systems but sometimes you are taught as part of your education how those manipulative systems work and the tools required to survive in them. Do other peoples have perfect lives or are they just liars and better manipulators of economic systems

Where is Twinkly?

Missed the Bob Marley avatar under Bev as her signature badly also. Bev why don't you seize the opportunity to use it again as "Sun is shinning" for you Bev as actively interacting with others in good spirit. Good luck Bev make it happen to revive the Bob Marley avatar before others are scared off with monster avatars.

Don't worry about that. When things get heated things usually went out of hand. Be firm on your on your conviction and don't show signs of weaknesses in war of words. I was impressed seeing that radiating avatar everyday I log on to Banataba. I want to see it restored by yourself. Good luck and hope Sister Omega would condone some element of tolerance if its reactivated. DEFINITELY I LOVE SEEING THAT AVATAR WHICH WAS YOUR POPULAR SIGNATURE!
