Talking to some guys recently at Africa Oye in Liverpool (this is a brilliant free weekend of African music)just back from the Gambia who said large strips of land being dug up on beachside of main road at Gunjur and this was down to Jammeh who is now said to own this land as well as hotel at Gunjur. Does anyone know anything about this? Is it old news or what!
