What is all the scare about observer publishing the names of Jammeh opponents? Do we love Gambia enough to be willing to sacrifice our lives? Is that not what we ask of the opposition on the ground to live with?

Is this not what Deyda Hydara, Koro Ceesay, and several others die for? What a cowardice I am seeing among Gambians in the Diaspora? Are we truely affraid to die for what we belief and stand for? Come on people...

This is exactly what the Jammeh supporters are acusing us of, that we are out to protect our own interest, left the Gambia in search of better life, and now we are sitting down here barking and writing everything about this and that but we are affraid for our names to be published?

What is the different between the Samba who lives and is willing to die for Gambia from the Demba living in the U S hiding behind the keyboard? The different is Samba loves his country more than Demba and therefore is a better citizen than Demba.

I call on all loyal citizens of the Gambia in the diaspora to put their names out there and let Jammeh do what he wants to do. We love our country and should stand tall and fight for what belongs to us. To be affraid of being arrested for what you belief is a sign of unpatriotic and selfishness. If we are not ready to die for our country, then why the hype and all the political talk here and there?

Let the daily observer publish my name and all my information they want. Hell, am not affraid to claim what belongs to me. Gambia is for us all and let us see who the true patriotic citizens are. I look forward to seeing my name on the list period.
