The Daily news did a terrific job in exposing the crooks bent on extorting money from the gullible.

A little google and map quest search on the so-called "medical university" shows that their offices is part of a small shopping center in Houston and the guy-man in charge of the scheme is also "an oil exploration executive" busy signing contracts with dumb African governments.
