is particularly bad. Especially, there is a big hole just before entering the serekunda market, before the bridge coming from kololi where some cars are even avoiding this way and taking much longer route because the hole is too big, they can't cross. The roads filled by the water especially in serekunda area causing a lots of problem when i was in gambia a few weeks ago. People said this area does not support the ruling government and this is a way of government punishing the voters in this area. Or what is the reason?
And people living these area seem do not care these roads condition. Isn't there are saturday cleaning day or something. With a shovel a few people can fill the holes and improve the condition little bid instead of suffering. Or is it being stupid to do something for the maintenance of the road which is the duty of government?
diaspora! Too many Chiefs and Very Few Indians.
Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices.
hi turk i really dont understand why that very busy road not repaired, i was watching some of my old home video of my late wife and i riding our bikes in 1992 through serrekunda all the way from palma and full square round to pipeline and back to palma the road then was very good, but when i was in bush taxi in last april the tarmac gone and like you said big holes. is big problem terrible for local people everyday.
