I think that the posters who post here concerning Gambian Politics have at last realised that they must actually formulate some policies and get their act together NOW if they are to be taken seriously in the 2011 elections, give them time they should appear here again quite shortly, time is passing and the hourglass is nearly empty.

ITS NOT ABOUT BEING BUSY BUT BEING AT A SERIOUS DEADLOCK, LACK OF SOLIDARITY & DIS-ORIENTATION ON HOW TO TACKLE JAMMEH/APRC

I DON'T BLAME THOSE ON FRONT-LINE AND OPPOSITION PARTY LEADERS FOR FAILING TO SAVE THE POLITICAL SITUATION FOR A BETTER GAMBIA! THE PROBLEM LIES WITH CADRE OF POLITICALLY ELITE GROUP OF ACTIVISTS ON PARTISAN MILITANCY, CASTIGATIONS, REPRISALS, CONFLICTS OF INTERESTS, POWER STRUGGLES, ADVERSARY WITHIN OPPONENTS OF JAMMEH/APRC & UNDERMINING OF EFFORTS THAT DOMINATES GAMBIAN POLITICS IN CYBERSPACE!

WE WERE HERE BEFORE 2006 AND NEVER LEARN OUR LESSONS JAMMEH/APRC ARE NOT BOTHERED 2011 AGAINST OPPONENTS!

ALL IDEAS MUST BE CAST UNDER A MELTING POT TO FORMULATE A STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE THE COMMON GOAL!

"ALL IDEAS MUST BE CAST UNDER A MELTING POT TO FORMULATE A STRATEGY TO ACHIEVE THE COMMON GOAL!"

All very well but if wide divisions exist still after all the talk, insults and bluster of the past, there is no hope for an opposition it will remain fragmented and bumble from problem to problem, its all about power and money, the average Gambian ? Who is he or she ? THE VOTER, yes I have forgotten that, how can we manage them ?

KOBO,I am only a reader of published stuff,an interested party ( no pun intended )because it is about The Gambia,a country that I am very fond of,and of course "I seriously dislike politics" .
Gambian politics are nothing to do with me at all,Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, some are vocal and feel its their duty to try their way of doing things ,not forgetting the power and prestige that can be gained if the electorate votes them into office. In order to do that they have to have a plan to tell the voters and not squabble amongst themselves.
