What we require from you:
• Fill out and sign our application form
• Send us a copy of your English-translated medical file
• Send us a copy of your passport and the person who will accompany you
• Pay our fees and send us the receipt
What will happen next?
• We will start processing your application once we have received all of the above
• You will receive quotations from your treating hospital or consultant
• upon your acceptance of all charges and cost, you will be sent an invitation letter from the hospital/consultant
• You will then need to produce this letter at your local British Embassy and apply for a visa if you need one. Please see the Home Office UK Border Agency website for full and up-to-date information on various types of visas. http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk
• When applying for your visa, you would also need to prove that you are financially sound and you can afford the cost of your treatment and stay in the United Kingdom.
• Upon your success on obtaining a visa, a Medical travel plan and timetable will be sent to you from us.
• You will also be assigned with a special Parsmedix case worker who will be your contact during your health visit at UK.
• Upon your arrival at the Airport in London, your case worker will receive and welcome you at the airport. you will receive your welcome package which will include a personal mobile phone with some pre-set numbers on it and some information booklets regarding all you need to know during your short stay in the United Kingdom.
• You will be then taken to your pre-booked fully furnished Private accommodation
• From the day your treatment start until the very last day, we will be with you to make sure you will receive the best service.
• a post-care account will be opened for you at Parsmedix after the completion of your treatment. using this account you can keep us and your treating medical team informed about your health related issues.
• if you choose to set-up a direct debit and pay £60 per month to your account at Parsmedix, we will not charge you any more fees if you decide to travel again to the UK for medical reasons. if you want to recommend a friend for medical referral and you have this account with us, they will be charged only half-price. you can use this service only once a year. if you would like to recommend a friend and you do not want to use your account, they will be charged the full rate but you will receive 10% commission in your account on their referral fees.
In an event of an unsuccessful application for a visa, you will get a full refund on what you paid to us. you must send us the embassy refusal letter to claim your fees. if this refusal is the result of your negligence or failure to provide documentations on-time, we may charge you a minimal fee of £50 for our administrative charges.
