A little old Filipina lady goes to the doctor in the new Hospital in Barrio Barretto and says, Doctor I have this problem with gas, but it doesnt bother me too much, my farts never smell and theyre always quiet. But I have been doing it very often.
The new American doctor asks her to explain more, and the old lady says, in fact, I have farted at least 20 times since Ive been here in your office. You probably didnt know I was farting because they dont smell and theyre silent.
The doctor says, I see, take these pills and come back to see me next week. The next week the lady comes back.
Doctor, she says, I dont know what the heck you gave me, but now my farts although still silent stink terribly.
The American doctor says, Good!!! - Now that weve cleared up your sinuses, lets work on your hearing.
