Al-Bashir, in response to his arrest warrant sent aid agencies in Darfur packing further endangering the lives of many.
And read about his metaphors ( conflict metaphors): new colonialism, defend our religion, defend our resources, .... He said U.S. and Europe are the real criminals. So in essence Al-Bashir is viewing the Darfur conflict and his impending arrest through the prism of colonialism, religion and natural resources ...

The fury of El Bashir! The General promises more heads to roll-diplomats, security and aid agencies (largely Westerners) all in a paranoid reaction to his arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court, ICC for the gross human rights atrocities he allegedly committed in Darfur.
The embattled dictator of Africa's largest country has earlier referred to the ICC's motives as religious and economic imperialism. Doesn't it sound familiar? I can't help laughing at this one . Hello Bashir (in Gambia we would probably call him Basiru, right )it is about the innocent people you have killed and ordered killed and dispalced in your own country (Darfur). It is not about your noble faith or your Chinese-tagged (oops)vast resources ...
