Is yaya not ashamed. He dismissed Hassan Jallow with no reasons. infact according to the constitution, a judge of the high court can only be removed by a resolution of the National assembly in which 2/3 of memebers must vote for the removal after a paliamentary investigation into conduct.

Today hassan is UN Chief Prosecutor for Rwanda. He must be very proud of himself. You know yaya said that if he dismisses you, you will die a beggar. It so happens that majority of those dismissed end up having better lives without him.

It is a disgrace for yaya. It is unforunate for Gambia to be loosing very good fire brands and the story is thesane all over.

We need to take our country back before the Taxi Drivers take over as they tried in 1981 with Kukoi

“When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love have always won. There have been tyrants and murderers, and for a time, they can seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall. Think of it--always.”

Taxi drivers were doing the cordination. It was a rag tag force going around gathering intelligence. If my memory serves me right one of the ring leaders was a taxi driver. Not all of them were in the Field Force. No wonder they could not put together even a good speech. Kukoi was always speaking in Wollof. "ADBOU JOOF MOONOMA KHOKHOTAL" was his slogan.

As to the number that died we will never know. It was said that alot of resistance to Senegalese forces came from Brikama area with volunteers using their hunting rifles through Nyambai forest en route to the airport where some para troopers were shot.

The results, we had a lot of Senegalses babies left behind.
