ANYBODY weather they be a political figure or not, who has been involved in whatever way with the shooting down of a plane should face justice, when enquiries by investigators are complete and the person concerned is no longer suspect then they should be exonerated,if evidence suggests that they could be involved then they should face trial.

Injustice any where is a threat to jusice everywhere. She should be tried in a court of alaw and let justice take its course. Perpetrators of voilence against human beings must not go unpunished.

She is innocent until proven guilty.

This is more of a French geopolitical retaliation against Rwanda than a pursuit of justice---

Yeah right, Mr. Armchair judge investigated a plane crash from his comfy office in Paris.

The French are an accomplice to the genocide, they shouldn't be judges. She should be indicted and tried by the ICJ, not by the ethically challenged French.

The French as a system, are a nasty bunch of arrogant imbeciles...

No schisms but depends which justice your are pointing.

I've no idea weather she is guilty or not maybe even the foreheads of the government is also involved in the genocides but where they(France/Germany )have that mandate to maintain and go after some one whom they find guilty.

I read your words,if I understand what you have written correctly, you think that france/germany should keep out of this matter and leave things alone for the country concerned to deal with,or have I got what you have written wrong?

No. what i means is that they could fight the case in backyard as they do with the others on the ground like in Serbian or Liberia but not taking it so frontally with they own hand as they did.
So far i know is that this is sovereignty government recognized internationally including the both countries, so why they let them go with it?
And now we are having this fresh (old)disquiet in DRC and we need this country corporations.
there are so many way of getting this lady if she being proofed guilty.

If some one sees it as the right way as it goes that is your mind but i disagreed.
