There was this story of a Cabinet minister who travelled overseas with is Perm. Secreatay. They orderd lunch and in the evening went for Dinner. The perm Secratary told the waiter as usual meaning he would take what he had for lunch. The minister also said as usual. he was not educated enough. When the meals were served, the minister lookd at his PS and said how come your as usual and my as usual are diffrent. He said you educated boys are very good at janfa. (laugh).
He had a diffrent lunch from the PS but was hoping that as usual means he will get what his PS ordered.

That was the old crazy days when some constituencies could not produce someone educated enough to stand for elections. Some people were loaned to other constituencies and their voter registrations ransferred.
