Please God send in the auditors. These imbeciles think they can just walk over our heads with impunity. A 2003 loan and still no contracts awarded. What design and supervision is this moron on about. Isn't this meant to be provided by the winning conract bidder. What design and supervision so vital takes a good chunk of $4.7m that government is desperately in need of extra funding. Papa God please don't let them get away with this, the masses will only suffer more.
A better question to be asked would have been,Where is the $4.7 million today? Bearing in mind that no contract has been awarded and consequently no work has been carried out and the money has been in existance since 2003.
