RE- REQUEST FOR REDRESS FOR ARBITRARY DECISION BY PRESIDENT OF DISTRICT TRIBUNAL
I am directed by the Hon. Chief Justice to acknowledge your letter dated 5th April 2008 in which you raised issue with the stance of the President of the Tribunal regarding the coverage of the Tribunal proceedings by your Reporter.
 
I am directed to assure you that during His Lordship, the Chief Justice’s upcoming country wide tour of judicial institutions, among them District Tribunals, the issue will be taken up with the Tribunal Presidents.
