Actions speak louder than words. "Do as I said and not as I do" only works temporary.
Lets hope that he will deliver first then expect others to deliver, otherwise it is the same empty rhetoric, threats and nothing happens there after.
Please remember these words of the President during his address of the National assembly one time. " I have fired and fired until I don't know who to fire any more". Well I think I know who needs to be fired and so does everybody....
