In Bundung area? 1 bedroom + bathroom. Not furnished. This for a Gambian so only Gambian price please. Thanks for help.

| Probably as you well know I suspect, money is tight in Gambia and quite often places that are taken on rent with one month in advance,the tenents there have no more money so cannot pay further rent, the landlord then has a problem of getting them out,rent tribunerals, legal stuff, time, arguements, bad feeling, at least with 6 months in advance he gets some money and has a good chance of further rent being paid after the 6 month period not helpful to the tenant I know,very difficult for the people who have no job or only a seasonal job. I do not condone at all the current requirement for 6 months rent in advance,its very hard and unfair,bad tenants have brought about this situation themselves no good tenents suffer.I wish you luck in your quest for accomodation. |
