In Nepal the boss of an organ trader ring has been arrested. The gang should have transplanted 500 kidneys against bar payment. The police caught the Amit Kumar internationally in request since weeks Unfathomably Many of the victims had defended themselves, did not want to donate her kidney. According to police they were forced with reproached weapon to the operation!
Organ trade flourished till January in Gurgaon, a suburb of New Delhi. There should have been transplanted during the past nine years of hundreds of kidneys against cash as the Indian police explained. When Kumar was arrested at a hotel, he carried 230,000 dollars (160,000 euros) in cash and a cheque more than 24,000 dollars (17,000 euros) on himself. The police discovered at a raid in January a waiting list for nephritic transplants with 48 names.
He and several Dr wanted to open a clinic for transplants in Nepal!.The Canadian media report, Kumar has bought in the last April in a suburb from Toronto for 600,000 dollars a house for his family. Last he should have been in Christmas there.
Well that is fine by bringing him behind the bars, but who are his customers will they also being hunting and questioned? am afraid not.
