lots of people i know have complained of the huge rise in aliens tax in the last few years.some are prepared to leave if it gets any higher.i have an old aliens card. do i have to pay this tax if i choose to live in gambia? is there a govt. department that is accountable for the redistribution of this specific tax? what is it spent on? or is it a mortgage fund for corrupt politicians?(remember the airport £5 tax!!) who runs the treasury and who are their auditors? does the public have access to the accounts , if and when they are released? is there a chamcellor of the exchequer and if so, would he lose the gambian tax payers details in the post? a bit heavy for sunday morning - sorry!
