| KONDO AND DALTON , you guys are making me jealous . i want to quote gambian proverbs but i hardly can recall any. i aggree with kondo ,to stop gossip let there be proper press confrences or news briefings instead of every thing folding in top secrets .gambia is one village ,so when yaya thinks his affairs are secret ,well they are not. mr kolly be careful . the jola fraternity is getting stronger by the day . good luck to them . |

Dalton, I retrack the following "since he provided space for you to spew hate in the past." It did not come out right, and I strongly and unequivocally apologise. I cannot substantiate it so I humbly take it back.
However, I still stand by my other claims as to Pa Nderry Mbye's style of news reporting. One of the most basic principles of journalism is "truth and probity." Sadly, both are lacking in most of his stories. I have said here in no uncertain terms that Jammeh is tyrant who will one day account for his deeds Insa Allah. Now, that does not mean that the names of other Gambian's should be dragged in the mud just to score political points against him. How many people were alledged to be having an affair with Jammeh on Pa Nderry's paper? The latest of which been the daughter of Alhajie Ali Mbye Muga Mbahal. To what levels do we stoop low and condone such treacherous and scandalous acts against innocent people all in the name of free speech?
If he's got an agenda against the tyrant as we all know, other people should not be part of his hate speech. I am all for free speech and news reporting as it is essential to our nations development but there has to be a line which must not be crossed. |

Unfortunately, NETEH TUWO smells tough. You are right with the choice of word. I guess i was just being honest with how it smells. Dont sugar coat. Just report as it is. |

NOW IT IS IN THE NEWS .ABDOU COLLY IS A PERSONAL FRIEND OF MINE. HE HAS DOUBLE MASTERS IN FRANCE .he speak french very well and he is a very hard working person. i still beleive that he made a big miscalculation by leaving undp for trade job. good luck to him. |

The Gambia is a small world of its own. Quite humble, very sharp. He studied ecomonics in France at St.Etienne and holds a masters degree. He was with Finance then GDA before joining the Undp. I can only wish him goodluck. |

madiis , gambia is a small village. abdou is a brilliant guy .i only hope the broom will not sweep him too soon. i know his wife's family very well . we where discussing his decision yesterday but ,man some times wants lime light. i don't . |

or no . my mum is fula and my gran mother is also fula. my fathers mother is karoninka from begine is bissau . abdou's wife is kaddy bah .her father was a head master. he was one time a christian from the old days when jawara and co were all christian. |
