" I have already told my Gambian guide that any children he and his wife produce HE will have to support. (NOT ME!) I dont want to encourage babies that people cant afford to feed." (gambiabev) The Gambia's own Bev)

Does she believe that if her dada hada used a condom , she would not be alive to be saying this?

There is a hadith about coitus interruptus the teaching of which is that those destined to be born will be born.

I really can see both points of view, and I am content that I am not Solomon who has to decide on which way to go!

King Solomon. He it was who built the Lord's Temple in Jerusalem.

Well, Solomon was wise

King Solomon was wise ; he also had 800 wives

King Solomon's mother:

The Gambian guide should not have children because Gambiebev says she will not support them? Has she made her last will and testament to support anybody?

I can see all points of view but it is GambieBEv herself who can best explain so that we understand what she is really saying.

Gambiebev is an English woman. Since I do not know what kind of relationship (or closeness) she has to her Gambian guide it makes it a little more difficult for me to understand what would call for her to tell him what I understand her to mean, viz :

”I have already told my Gambian guide and his wife that they themselves will have to (financially support/ (and take care of?) any children that they may produce.(NOT ME!) I don’t want to encourage babies that people cant afford to feed." Does her telling them so discourge them from having children? Does she know the potential future of any unborn child? Of David Banda?

Now if she told me that I would think that she is being arrogant, and most Muslims have what is called Tawwakul.

Of course Many Christians pray,”Give us this day our daily bread"

Is her "Gambian guide" the boy friend she has been telling us about? Or a part-time lover? Do the said Gambian guide and spouse EXPECT that they should produce children and it is Gambiebev who should take care of them? Has she been taking care of any other children that they have already ”produced"?

Should I go to China or India or Sierra Leone and say the same to my guide - assuming that he is very poor? I would respect him enough to express myself more respectfully.

But if the guide is someone she is jealous about, I can quite understand how she feels about the other woman....

I don't know how to post pictures to the Forum and when I do there are a few that we will post and they will tell a delightful story, which in fact is my answer to whatever Gambiebev may have meant.

Cornelius,
We live in different era. Solomon was a king.He was able to provide for his wives and children. There was a king in Ghana who had 150 wives. I think it was Kaya Magham. I hope Biev explains .

lemon ,i like you without setting my eyes on you but some times your comments may be bit hurtful . age is some thing you your lemon self will not escape from ..you can run from yahya but you cannot escape ripe old age .besides coni and bev are only too young to go about there dayly business. may be even more energetic than you since you survive on cow milk. do you know a of lot young women are going out with older men because we socall young men are useless.
