Peace-loving Guineans have asked their dictator and sick president to step down. The president sent soldiers to shoot innocent citizens. Is there a lesson for Gambians?

a big lesson for us karamba. when the poor populace are push to breaking point they fear nothing at the end. the dictators normally go scout free but their legacy is usually blown in smoke. for our own jilanka he would not go scout free God willing ,i can say i still mourn the death of my fellow fanafana soldiers masacared during the abouted november 11 coup. the people of sabaksanjal and all fanafan town are patiently awaiting the down fall of the dictator jammeh .he most pay.

Indeed, Santanfara

We cannot forget the gentle character and brilliant brains of Fafa Nyang and Dot Faal. Despite being soldiers and died as soldiers, Faal and Nyang would not want to kill even flies. They were disciplined soldiers and not arrogant killers in uniform. As we mourn their death and that of many innocent ones, this is a solemn call to prayers for Almighty Allah to grant them a peaceful accomodation in the bliss of His paradise full of mercy. Amen

Was this Dot Faal not a former student of Armitage and originally from Ballangharr or near by?

I met Dot Faal through a friend. He was a brilliant Chess player quite sociable. I later learnt that he was schooled at Armitage School Georgetown. He had an admirable personality.

Q: What if the president of the Gambia should succeed in healing him, and save his life, would you be happy then Karamba?

In my best of wishes, every person will have unlimited access to a healthy mind and body in a freer environment. Perhaps the army in Guinea needs Conte's good health restored more than anyone else. If president Jammeh will turn his heart and help to provide safety of Gambians, he will do better. The agents of president Jammeh are able and quick to pick suspects and opponents. They are blind enough that they can't still see one culprit of the many killings listed in Gambia. What do you call that?

KARAMBA ,NYANG IS MY UNCLE. yaya most know he has one option to surrender himself to the authorities when he give-up politics or else we will find him every where. the guy presided over several murders of innocent Gambians ,let his supporter rally for him but they should remember some decent Gambians are mourning.

Santanfara,

You can bear me witness that your late uncle Fafa Nyang was not one of those motivated by position and power. It was therefore wrongful to get that man killed for wanting to topple a government that came by coup itself barely couple of months!!

If we know that Fafa was not the type, we can safely conclude that many more innocent ones were butchered for the wrong reason. Sabally in limbo, Jammeh in despair. The good spirits of our dear good citizens will continue to hunt the evil souls.
